14 days to change your mind.
Buying a bag online takes trust. That's why we offer 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange, no explanation required.
Return conditions
- Request must be made within 14 days of the delivery date
- Item must be in original condition: unused, undamaged, with all tags intact
- Original brand packaging must be included (dust bag, box, etc.)
- Items marked as "final sale" on the product page are not eligible for return
How to start a return
- Email us at maisonviceroy@gmail.com or use our chat with the subject line: RETURN — [order number]
- Include your order number and the item you wish to return (reason is optional)
- We'll reply within 4 hours on business days with return shipping instructions
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email notification when the refund is initiated.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange for a different colour or style, please contact us before sending the return — we'll check availability and guide you through the process. Return shipping costs may vary for exchanges.
Damaged or incorrect item
If you've received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
